WHEELS: Sun to Snow: Day 3

This morning we had dry land and now we have a winter wonderland. All crews are in dry spaces for the evening. Most of them are playing games, having special ceremonies, like the pin ceremony and just enjoying each others company. The weather has certainly brought out the best in all of us. I have heard WHEELS students say, "It's beautiful here."

Just like yesterday, crews hiked to scenic vistas and went to the high challenge course. Energy levels are high and there is so much going on it is hard for me to write about it all. I will give you a breakdown of where everyone is at this very moment.
  • Mr. Driggers crew is playing a really fun game called Fruit, fruit, fruit in the Arts and Crafts Building.
  • Mr. Newlin's crew is having their evening meeting and pin ceremony at their camp.
  • Dr. Rafal's crew has banana danced their way through dinner and is now having their pin ceremony in the dining hall. Ask your children to show you the banana dance.
  • Mrs. Rosenblum's crew is in the dining hall planning for their presentation tomorrow and having a pin ceremony.
  • Ms. Desai's crew is having a fire in an inside fireplace and playing games.
